RUSSIA has killed at least 51 people and wounded more than 200 in its deadliest strike against Ukraine so far this year.
Two ballistic missiles smashed a military training facility and nearby hospital in Poltava early yesterday.
City governor Filip Pronin announced three days of mourning, which will start today. He said: "The enemy certainly must answer for all its crimes against humanity."
