THAT'S RISH...

MULTI-MILLIONAIRE Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visited one of the poorest areas of the country yesterday, wearing a monogrammed £750 backpack.

The Tory leader boarded a sleeper train to Penzance, Cornwall, with a luxury Tumi bag which costs nearly double the monthly Universal Credit standard allowance.

Cornwall is ranked in the top third of local authority areas in the UK for overall deprivation, according to official figures.

Mr Sunak who along with his wife, Akshata Murty, is worth £651million, making him the wealthiest PM ever - was accused of taking cash away from poor areas to pay for his controversial National Service plan.
