WINDRUSH scandal victims are set to hold a rally urging Prime Minister Keir Starmer to make good on campaign promises to "turbo-charge" compensation payments.
As of July 31, out of 8,828 claims, 4,677 of those affected were offered nothing and 2,568 have asked for a review of an offer made.
Victims have called for a public inquiry and are set to hold a demonstration outside Parliament on October 16.
