ANTHONY JOSHUA believes new trainer Ben Davison has brought back the power-punching AJ who breaks eye sockets.
The British heavyweight reignited his career in 2023 with wins over Jermaine Franklin, Robert Helenius and Otto Wallin.
But it was the December destruction of Wallin (inset, right) which really caught the eye as he battered and bullied the Swedish southpaw into submission after five rounds.
It was a far cry from the shot-shy Joshua who had developed after his 2019 defeat by Andy Ruiz Jnr. Now Joshua takes on MMA heavyweight Francis Ngannou on March 8 in Saudi Arabia, hoping to do a number on the Cameroon fighter to fire up interest in a showdown with fellow Brit Tyson Fury.
