After Dapo's crash, I'll never take what I have for granted

DIRE MEBUDE has revealed a near-fatal car crash involving his brother Dapo has given him a whole new perspective on life.

The former Rangers and Manchester City kid could lead the attack for Scot Gemmill's Under-21s in tonight's crucial Euro 2025 qualifier against group leaders Spain at Tynecastle.

Mebude now plays his football in Belgium with Westerlo and has enjoyed an excellent start to the season- netting two goals in his last four games against Union St Gilloise and Leuven.

They were his first goals in senior football and the 20-year-old is flying.
