JAMES MCPAKE has hailed on-loan Celtic kid Ben Summers as Dunfermline's "spark" as they seek to bounce back from more derby despair.
BEN A BRIGHT SPARK AMID DERBY GLOOM

The 19-year-old fired in his first goal for the Pars to haul them level against Raith in front of nearly 8500 fans on Tuesday.

But the East End Park men fell to a 2-1 defeat their fourth in a row in the fixture and head into tonight's clash with Queen's Park seeking a first win in five league games.

And McPake is hopeful the highly-rated Summers can help lift the Fifers out of their slump at Hampden.

He said: "Ben's display for the 90-odd minutes was excellent.

"He's a young kid on his first loan and he's had a couple of injuries "But we've never doubted the qualities he has and he showed that against Raith.
