Mum tells of devastation as son and husband found in Glen Coe

A DAD and his young son have been found dead after they went missing hiking.

Tom Parry, 49, and 12-yearold Richie, from Alsager in Cheshire, were reported missing in Glen Coe on Wednesday.

Tom's wife and Richie's mum Nicole are "heartbroken".

Speaking at the family home, she said: "I've not heard anything more," before adding: "I'm doing the best I can. I'm heartbroken." Tom's car was found in the Three Sisters car park where they parked on Tuesday.

Members of St Mary's Magdalene church in Alsager, where they worshipped, also expressed their sorrow.

Posting on Facebook, they wrote: "Hearing the tragic news this morning regarding the heartbreaking deaths of Tom and Richie Parry.
