THE family of tragic Steven Donaldson have hit out at the news his killer will be released from prison after serving half her sentence.

The oil worker, 27, was murdered in 2018 by two men after his ex-girlfriend Tasmin Glass lured him to a playpark.

His loved ones were told Glass had been granted parole with conditions including a ban on her entering Angus and Dundee, as well as approaching the family, reports STV.

Glass already had her case heard twice this year, with the panel deferring the decision due to a lack of information.

But yesterday she was given parole from her 10-year sentence for culpable homicide.
