AFGHAN refugees who are facing eviction from Scottish hotels will be labelled as "trespassers" if they don't leave them.
The Home Office has told them they must leave their hotel by the end of the month and find their own accommodation.
If not, they will be deemed a "trespasser" and the Home Office will be able to evict them.
Finding somewhere to live can be difficult for asylum seekers as many do not have a passport or bank account.
