McGrath: We have to learn to see out matches

GONE IN 30 SECONDS

JAMIE MCGRATH admits Aberdeen cannot afford to clock off early again after two stoppage-time sucker punches at Easter Road.

The Dons led Hibs 2-1 and then 3-2 in injury time on Tuesday night, only to leave Leith with a point.

Ester Sokler's overhead kick in the 95th minute looked set to send the Red Army up the road with three points after Nicky Cadden's sumptuous free-kick had made it a four-goal thriller.

But Rocky Bushiri bundled home in the 96th minute to deny the Dons a triumphant response to their first league loss of the season at St Mirren last Saturday.

McGrath, who had levelled it at 1-1 after going inside at half-time a goal down, said: "I looked at the clock and there were 30 seconds left.

"As a collective, we just have to defend better.
