BRENDAN RODGERS has talked a lot about the need to stick on the trophy heads for this time of the season.
It is just as well for the Celtic boss James Forrest never takes his off.
He probably needs a reinforced pillow to get a decent kip at night and the serial winner was at it again at Dens Park to allow Hoops fans to rest easy last night.
Forrest got Celtic out of a hole at Hampden last week and he made sure there were no title slip-ups against determined Dundee on an afternoon that got a little too tight for comfort.
The 32-year-old already had a spare drawer packet with hardware from 15 trophy-laden seasons with the Hoops.
He might need to make room for another one this term after his double was enough to see off the Dens men and restored Celtic's three-point lead at the top of the Premiership after Rangers temporarily went level with their win at St Mirren.
And just like their Ibrox chums, this turned into a pretty tense 90-odd minutes, even with Forrest doing his bit for the cause.
The former Scotland regular slammed in a sensational opener and seemed to have settled it with a slick second after the interval.
But Celts paid the price for flapping at Owen Dodgson's corners all day and allowed Antonio Portales to pull one back after a horror Adam Idah sclaffed clearance to leave Hoops punters chewing fingernails towards the end.
They might need to get used to it over the next few weeks.
It's cool heads that are needed along with the trophy ones.
The news of Rangers' late winner in Paisley might have dampened some of the enthusiasm on the Celtic supporters buses piling into the City of Discovery.

It's now all about how Celtic react. We were battered 5-1 at Ibrox but still went on to win the Treble. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the outcome again this season
