BARRY ROBSON accepts Aberdeen need to climb the league and is confident his squad will still hit the Premiership’s heights.
The Dons now sit 11th but just four points off fourth with a game in hand.
Robson has come in for some heat from fans, as his team have struggled to juggle the demands of domestic and European football but he is confident that come the end of the season his team will deliver.
Robson said: “Listen, nobody wants to hear that. Everybody wants it now. I know the side we have got and I know where we are trying to get too, where we are at and the places we need to get to.
“We have some good players here and we will be alright. I have to make sure we navigate properly through this next seven or eight weeks because we have a side that will do well this season.”
It is a big spell for Aberdeen with a trip to Motherwell tonight, a Viaplay Cup semi-final with Hibs on Saturday and then an away trip to PAOK next week.
