THE story of a council worker who won a multimillion-pound fight for women's equal pay has been turned into a stage show.
Care co-ordinator Frances Stojilkovic, 61, fought for female Glasgow City Council workers to be paid the same as men getting £3 per hour more.
But she faced overwhelming opposition from the Labour Party, council and unions.
The council eventually caved but only after strikes in 2018 and a court ruling that the pay disparity was not lawful.
