A SCOTTISH survivor of the infected blood scandal has claimed Prime Minister Rishi Sunak showed "contempt" to victims by dragging his heels over compensation payments while he was chancellor.
It comes after top Tory Penny Mordaunt revaled Sunak failed to respond to two letters urging him to address the issue of payouts.
The inquiry was set up to look into the circumstances in which patients were given infected blood by the NHS, particularly after 1970.
