ONE of Russell Brand's alleged victims yesterday claimed his behaviour was an open secret, as the comic postponed three of his tour shows over the scandal.
And the star is facing a police probe after a fifth woman came forward claiming she was sexually assaulted by the 48-year-old in 2003.
It came as a video emerged yesterday in which Brand is heard joking about raping a woman during a recording of Richard Herring's Leicester Square Theatre Podcast in 2013.
But the comic's dad Ron last night claimed there was a vendetta against his son, who has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse from 2006 to 2013 in a joint investigation by The Times, Sunday Times and Channel 4's Dispatches show.
The star denies all the allegations.
The Met said last night: "On Sunday September 17, we received a report of a sexual assault which was alleged to have taken place in Soho in Central London in 2003. Officers are in contact with the woman and will provide her with support.
One of Brand's alleged victims claimed in Dispatches she was 16 and still at school when said to have been sexually assaulted.
Known as "Alice", she told BBC Radio Four Woman's Hour yesterday his denial, delivered before the programme aired on Saturday, was "laughable" and "insulting".
She said of Brand's alleged behaviour: "It's the biggest open secret going. You don't have to be an investigative journalist to have conversations with somebody who has an awful experience with him or somebody knows something.
