LIB Dems say they will attempt to block the Government's move to end winter fuel payments for pensioners who aren't in receipt of an income-related benefit.

Describing the eligibility rule change as Labour's "first big mistake", Lib Dem leader Ed Davey said Labour MPs and others across Westminster will be "genuinely worried" about the move after correspondence with constituents.
