Tromso suffer traffic trouble but Wales' late strike keeps Killie on the right road
We're still jammin'

BOBBY WALES drove Kilmarnock's Euro hopes back onto the right track after Tromso put up a major roadblock.

The substitute notched his first Killie goal to get Derek McInnes' side out of reverse gear.

Tromso's team bus was stuck in traffic and got to Rugby Park less than an hour before kick-off. And when Kyle Vassell fired Killie ahead it was a green light for the Conference play-offs.

But McInnes' men jammed into neutral after the interval and shuddered to a halt.

Tromso's attacking stars Jakob Napoleon Romsaas and Lasse Nordas revved into life and struck twice after the interval to dent Killie's hopes.

The Scots were going backwards but Wales' stoppage-time counter gave them a route back into the tie ahead of next week's trip to the Arctic Circle.
