'Predator Russ made staff act like his pimps' claim

BBC & C4 run urgent probes

THE BBC and Channel 4 have launched "urgent" internal probes in the wake of the Russell Brand sex scandal.

It comes after claims from former staff members who said that the actor got them to "act like pimps" by asking women out for him.

The claims were part of a larger string of allegations made against the 48-year-old, which saw multiple women accusing him of abusive and predatory behaviour, including rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse.
