SEAN DYCHE Premier League claims all managers want to see the handball rule changed after Everton were beaten by a controversial penalty against Manchester City.

Assistant Lee Betts advised referee John Brooks to point to the spot when Amadou Onana blocked Nathan Ake's close-range shot with his arm.

"Managers want to see a difference, especially when it's overpowering" said the Toffees boss. "The view on handball is overpowering.
