CASTLEFORD boss Craig Lingard could be the one getting fined by his OWN players if he carries on his crazy shoeless antics.
He's ready to take charge as a Super League head coach for the first time when he leads Tigers into the new campaign next month.
But Lingard is already well-known for his successful feats as Batley chief - and his bizarre trait of watching games barefooted! Will the laid-back 46-year-old be continuing that routine in the top-flight?
Lingard said: "I'll say 'no' at the minute - cos it's absolutely freezing and even I'm not stupid enough to do it at the moment.
"It's strange because in pre-season we've all been talking about club standards.
"The players have set their own fine systems and that includes for wearing the right items of clothing.
