A virtual war of words broke out on Friday between actor Anupam Kher and filmmaker Hansal Mehta after senior journalist Vir Sanghvi criticised their 2019 film, The Accidental Prime Minister.
Mehta's support of the post was bashed by Kher, who described it as "full of double standards." The filmmaker now exclusively clarifies, "I stand by my successes as I do my failures. But to self-reflect and to admit in hindsight that I've erred is my prerogative."
