SHIMLA: The owners of educational institutions based in Himachal Pradesh have accused senior officials of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of alleged extortion and harassment.
The allegations were levelled at a press conference held on Monday after Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) intensified its investigation into a major corruption and extortion scandal involving ED officials in Shimla.
