MUMBAI: The Bombay high court on Friday upheld tax exemptions granted to anonymous donations to the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust and directed the income tax department to desist from acting on a reassessment ordered by its official in 2015-16. The trust manages and administers the Sai Baba temple at Shirdi.
