KISHANGANJ: Senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav alleged that in Bihar, infrastructure has been fractured, citing collapses of bridges and promised to constitute Seemanchal Development Authority (SDA) for the holistic development of the region.

His attack on infrastructure came at a time when Bihar is hosting the second edition of Bihar Business Connect-the global investor summit to boost industrial and entrepreneurial growth in the state.

Speaking on infrastructure in the State, he declared it a total collapse and termed it 'Fracture of Infrastructure' in Bihar, citing collapses of a number of bridges during the last few months.
