QUEENS Brook can take advantage of the 9lb she's receiving from classy Brandy Love in the Grade 3 Racing TV Quevega Mares Hurdle at Punchestown today.
Gordon Elliott's charge, runner-up to Burning Victory in this event last time, ran the race of her life when second to Maries Rock in Grade 1 Close Brothers Mares Hurdle at Cheltenham last year.
Successful at the listed level on this track back in November, Queens Brook was last seen when, as the odds-on favorite, she failed to cope with Shewearsitwell in a Grade 3 mares event at Leopardstown's Christmas meeting.
