LAURA Whitmore admits she was “worried” about protecting her own mental health when filming her harrowing new documentary series.
The three-part series follows different topics affecting society, particularly women, today – incels, rough sex and cyberstalking.
Laura, 38, says she was “very aware” of looking after her mental health when filming the episodes and was offered access to a therapist beforehand.
