LATE Late Show host Ryan Tubridy has sent his best wishes to Saoirse Ruane after her latest medical diagnosis.
The schoolgirl was first diagnosed with osteosarcoma in December 2019 and had her right leg amputated just as Ireland entered lockdown in March 2020.
The 10-year-old, from Kiltullagh in Co Galway, won the nation's hearts when she dazzled on the Late Late Toy Show in December that year. She hit it off with Tubs, who sent love to Saoirse yesterday.
Ryan, 49, said: "Let me say good morning to Saoirse, my friend, who is sitting in her car now, heading to Dublin with her family.
