We're going Gaga for latest TikTok trend..

IRISH experts have warned against the latest online trend promising followers everything their heart desires – if they wish hard enough.

Lucky Girl Syndrome has gone viral on TikTok, claiming all you have to do for good fortune to come your way is to truly believe in it.

Videos claiming success through LGS have been viewed hundreds of millions of times.

In one popular clip – How to Change Your Life With Lucky Girl Syndrome – a girl tells the camera: “Believe you’re the luckiest girl in the world. Everything you want is already on the way to you and the universe is rigged in your favour.”

The trend currently has 398.1million views on the entertainment app.

It’s the latest iteration of positive thinking combined with the law of attraction, made famous by the bestselling book of the 2000s The Secret.
