TANAISTE Leo Varadkar has confirmed he has not yet been officially notified after Elon Musk sacked 4,000 Twitter employees.
Companies proposing a collective redundancy are required under Irish law to inform the Minister for Enterprise at least 30 days before the first dismissals take place.
A spokesman for the department said: "The Tanaiste has not received a collective redundancy notification in relation to potential redundancies at Twitter."
