CRADLING a Guinness watching England at Twickenham with his dad is a memory Thomas Relph cherishes. His father, Mark, was a passionate rugby fan.
The pair, along with Thomas's brother, Oliver, watched the team compete all over the world. Now, as a tribute to his dad, Thomas is embarking on an epic fundraising challenge.
Mark died of cancer in July last year aged 66. Thomas now aims to do six half marathons in each of the Six Nations countries during 2024 to raise thousands of pounds for The Christie hospital charity in Manchester in his memory.
Thomas, 37, from ton, said: "We thought in 2021 Dad had originally won his fight with cancer and was in remission, but sadly it returned in 2023 with more venom and on July 3 after a cardiac arrest my dad sadly passed away.
