Salford head coach Paul Rowley admitted his side let themselves down in attack but refused to be downbeat despite the tough prospect of a final game at home to Catalans Dragons, needing a win to have any chance of overtaking Warrington for the final play-off spot.
Rowley said: "I don't think we were polished enough in attack. We spoke about going through the middle a bit more. We didn't execute as we would like.
