A DAD who gorged on multiple takeaways a week has revealed how he managed to shed an incredible five stone.
Terry Smith, from Radcliffe, piled on the pounds through a lack of exercise and unhealthy eating.
The 41-year-old would order up to five takeaways a week and struggled to keep fit with his remote working job.
But the dad-of-two decided to make huge lifestyle changes after his son joined a local football team, rekindling his own fond childhood memories.
Signing up to men's weight loss programme Man V Fat in April, the support worker watched as the weight dropped off going from 18.8st to 13.6st.
