With 87,108 units sold across the top eight residential markets, this quarter marked the highest sales of the year so far. The growth in Q3 2024 represents a 5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase, and it brings total residential sales for the first nine months of the year to 2,60,349 units. This figure is 9 per cent higher than the corresponding period in 2023, highlighting the continued strength of the sector amid evolving market dynamics.
