The Kerala High Court in the case Suo Motu v State of Kerala was hearing the suo motu case dealing with the issue of VIP 'Darshan' of actor Dileep at Sabarimala questioned whether other pilgrims should not also be entitled to darshan of the temple.
It was pointed out in the report submitted by the Special Commissioner of Sabarimala and Additional District Magistrate Sabarimala that the darshan of Dileep caused choking of queue in the first 2 rows.
