Despite its strength, the liver can suffer serious damage when it is not cared for. One of the disorders affecting this vital organ is fatty liver disease, which has become increasingly alarming around the globe. According to the WHO, it is the tenth leading cause of death in India. The link between unhealthy lifestyles and fatty liver is very strong. Sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy eating habits, and hazardous behaviors majorly increase the risk of disease. Unchecked, this condition can progress to more severe forms, including liver inflammation, scarring, and eventually liver failure.
