Pothole-riddled landscape 2024 saw a resurgence of the perennial pothole problem, despite promises of better road maintenance. Rains exacerbated the issue, leaving many roads impassable and causing damage to vehicles. Several media reports revealed a significant increase in pothole-related accidents in the city and several complaints were filed to the BBMP by residents and RWAs on broken roads.
