The Govandi police have registered an FIR against Parvindersingh Vijan, a director of Aceperkins Enterprises Pvt Ltd, and his father Jasbirsingh Vijan, for allegedly fraudulently obtaining a loan of Rs2 crore from State Bank of India's Chembur branch using "forged" documents.
The FIR was filed on Sunday by nephew, Jasbirsingh's Amarjitsingh Vijan, 61, who resides in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.
According to Amarjitsingh, his late father, Harnamsingh Vijan, along with other family members, had purchased a 1,618 sq mt plot in Chembur under the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) Act in 1984.
