A Delhi lawyer has filed a complaint against Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and others for unauthorisedly recording and circulating on social media platforms the proceedings of the court of Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, which is hearing the Delhi liquor case.
The complaint by advocate Vaibhav Singh said the recording of the proceedings was done on March 28 when Kejriwal, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21, was appearing in the court and had himself addressed the Bench.
