PLYMOUTH Argyle have 'pretty much used up all of our budget' ahead of the January transfer window, manager Steven Schumacher has stated.
Argyle do have player targets lined up for next month but Schumacher declared: "We will just see how the next few weeks pan out." It comes after they made the joint club record signings of Morgan Whittaker and Bali Mumba in the summer for £1 million transfer fees.
The Pilgrims made five new signings in the first nine days of the 2023 January transfer window, bringing in Saxon Earley, Jay Matete, Ben Waine, Callum Wright and Tyreik Wright, but there will not be something similar next month.
