PLYMOUTH artist Sarah Smalldon is well known for her cheerful depictions of the city's famous landmarks.
Her colourful illustrations of places like Smeaton's Tower, Tinside Lido, The Barbican, and the Hoe have adorned greetings cards, calendars, and a fun tea-towel with an A-Z of Plymouth landmarks.
Sarah's cheerful and quirky illustrations have also brought her a big following on Instagram, where last year she started a '100 days of painting' project. At the last count, she had reached 137 of the 10ins x 10ins boards - and she has no intention of stopping yet.
Viewers can currently see these paintings on show at Yoke hair salon in Royal William Yard.
Her latest work includes a series of brightly coloured paintings featuring food on a plate. Four of these 50cm x 40cm acrylic on canvas paintings are at this year's Delamore exhibition Arts in Cornwood, which will be open from May 1 to 31.
