HARRY Bull fired 18 magnificent three-figure scores in the Plymouth City Super League A Division but still remarkably found himself on the wrong end of a defeat as Indian were downed by Kings Arms B 7-4.
Adam Fell was also in good nick with 11 tons, whilst Danny Bull fired ten three-figure scores including one of the five maximums plundered in the high-quality affair.
Alec Turner put two of the 180s onto the scoreboard, whilst the visitors from Oreston had both Roger Backway and Dave Johns hearing "180" called after throwing.
Backway added a top finish of 100 to his evening's work, whilst the highest-scoring player for the victors was Paul Carpenter, who ended his night on 11-ton-plusses.
Antony Hayman topped out at 14 tons, which led King Billy to an 8-3 home success over Colebrook on their visit to Devonport. Hayman wasn't the only double-figure ton hitter in the match as Paul Goundry put up scores of a ton or more no fewer than ten times.
Mark Yeoman also showed his undoubted class with a maximum, whilst Paul Palmer's 136 checkout was unbeaten on the night having bettered a 90 combination from Hayman.
Last year's runners-up were right at it from the first 'game on' call as Hayman, Goundry, and Palmer plundered a 1001 trebles in just 36 darts.
The remarkable standard continued in the individual phase as Hayman (28.90) checked legs in 15 and 18 darts during his 3-0 win.
Palmer (26.84) followed this up with a leg in 15 of his own during his 3-0 win, whilst one of few moments of solace for the Plympton side came in the final individuals.
Dave Hollow's 16 and 18-dart legs proved crucial in helping him secure a 3-2 success that was one of two singles wins for his visitors.
Hollow was also the highest-scoring player for the defeated team as he completed a 12-ton personal haul during that narrow triumph.
