A CAMPAIGN has been launched to encourage families to take a safe dip in the seas around Plymouth.
The Ocean Conservation Trust has launched its Dip in the Sea from the OCT campaign which aims to support families in need to access the essentials needed to get them back to the beach.
Donations can be made directly at the National Marine Aquarium at Coxside, where the teams will deliver and distribute seaside equipment such as swimwear across the city to those who need it.
Wanting to give people the full experience of a brilliant day at the beach, as well as swimwear, OCT are also accepting donations of swim-caps, beach shoes, wetsuits, buoyancy aids, swim shoes, towels, googles, sun cream and buckets and spades.
