A NAVY veteran who is walking the South West Coast Path for the tenth time is entertaining those who he meets along the way by playing the didgeridoo.
The intrepid hiker, who calls himself "Fergal of the Footpath", but is better known to his former Naval shipmates as Nobby Clarke, says he loves nothing more than playing the giant wind instrument while treking along the coast path.
Fergal, 70, who lives in Lympstone in Devon, walked into Plymouth's Royal William Yard this week as he passed by on his 600-mile walk around the Westcountry coast. He started his trek near Weston Super Mare on May 2 and expects to complete it later this month.
