CHIEF executive officer Andrew Parkinson and director of football Neil Dewsnip have given the key reasons why Plymouth Argyle appointed Ian Foster as their head coach.
It is the first time that Foster, 47, has taken charge of an EFL club, but he boasts a considerable amount of coaching experience, most notably for six years with the Football Association as England age group manager at under-18, under-19 and under-20 level.
Parkinson stated that not only does Foster have great coaching credentials' - including holding the muchcoveted UEFA Pro Licence - he is also 'the right person' too.
