FREDDIE Issaka has already made two substitute appearances for Plymouth Argyle in the Championship at the age of just 17. More game-time is sure to come, too, given his exciting potential.
The highly-rated Wales under-19 international came off the bench in the last two games, against Middlesbrough at a sold-out Home Park and away to Leeds United, in front of almost 37,000 fans at a packed Elland Road.
Argyle director of football Neil Dewsnip declared that Issaka was getting his chances ‘on merit’ and identified his exceptional quickness as one of his main assets, as well as his flexibility to play in a variety of attacking positions.
