Defeat left Parkway six points adrift of safety in the Southern League Premier Division, but they still have a plethora of games in hand on all the teams around them with their weekend fixture just the second game they have played since the end of January.
Now, they are playing catch-up with a trip to Hanwell Town tonight offering Parkway the opportunity to put right the wrongs from the weekend - and get some points in the board.
"It is going to be relentless, but I'd like to think the break in the weather is going to happen and we get to play those three games but do you know what? I want us to play those three games that are left this week," Hobbs said.
"We need to get back on the bike. We need to get our legs going again, we need to get our thinking going again, our decision-making and being ruthless at the top end and being absolutely exceptional at the bottom end.
