It might be that set of patio furniture that you’ve had your eye on for ages and you’ll find it’s now heavily discounted. Or perhaps it’s time to invest in some good half-price tools ahead of the spring gardening season. It’s the month I browse for seeds in catalogues and websites, and it’s guaranteed to cheer you up on a dark winter’s day as you imagine the possibilities that these tiny plant embryos can produce.
