First up, Kasabian will doubtless be parading tracks from their latest long player The Alchemist’s Euphoria, their seventh studio album, which has received abundant critical acclaim.
The record was produced by Fraser T Smith and Kasabian guitarist and frontman Serge Pizzorno who describes it as having a “big, epic sound but with a personal touch as well.
“There are some softer edges alongside the massive parts,” he continues. “As a whole, it’s a beautiful thing and the most cohesive record we’ve ever made. It’s an emotional trip.”
It’s not their first visit to play in front of the biomes, they previously delivered a memorable show in the summer of 2009. Back then their rock-meets rave and electronic mix with plenty of killer tunes had the crowd whipped up into a collective high and their return to the venue tomorrow night looks like offering plenty more of the same.
