A DEVON pub is back and welcoming back punters after £210,000 was ploughed into giving it a plush new look.
The Exchange in Ivybridge is throwing a grand launch party weekend on October 27-29 to celebrate the new changes.
Extensive work has been carried out, with more space inside to allow more room for customers, and the rear area transformed into a sports zone with new HD TV screens all with Sky Sports and TNT Sports for sports fans to enjoy as part of the pub’s new live sports entertainment.
A pool table and illuminated darts board have also been installed as part of the refurb.
The pub has also been fitted with new carpets, seating and fixtures and fittings which has given the venue a fresh feel whilst retaining its beloved character and charm.
