KEVIN Nancekivell admitted there was a feeling of relief after 'a tough and traumatic week' for Plymouth Argyle ended with a crucial 1-0 away Championship win against Rotherham United.
Rotherham to It was a result which relegated bottom-of-the-table League One but for the Pilgrims it ended a run of six league games without a win as they played for the first time since the sacking of Ian Foster. Nancekivell and director of football Neil Dewsnip took over temporary charge for a second spell this season and unlike the previous occaArgyle sion, picked up a win - and a much-needed one at that.
Bali Mumba was picked to play at left wing-back as the Pilgrims reverted to a 3-4-2-1 formation and he came up with the only goal of the game in the 32nd minute when he fired home after being picked out by a diagonal ball from Morgan Whittaker.
Nancekivell said: "It has been a tough week, a traumatic week for everybody at the football club so to come and get three points is massive for us, so really delighted.
